You're aware that the production will be on "standard industry equipment " and that TLG could go into "production now" , but procurement departments are doing final checks. MT seemed clear on this in Rockyarns in addition to "exploring early commercial production this year"
I expect they already have or imminently get sign off. After all they have an iso9000 certificate which can only be done on operating equipment. Further with ABB as a partner, I think risks are being managed as well as possible.
