The more I look at this deal done with "CHN", the more suspicious and annoyed I get..... And suspect a deal at mate's rate has been struck between: "CHN", "VMS" and "Cannacord Associates" BOD members.
Now then for shareholders, Point:
1) If "CHN" do work and complete their work by end of November and we keep our 30% that's fine, its a bitter / sweet scenario for us.
2) If "CHN" fail to comply by end of November, great we need to get 100% "Thor" back.
3) Between now the 9/11/2021 and end of November 30/11/2021, if (VMS - BOD members) decide to hand the balance of "Thor" for next to nothing to "CHN", then the relevant parties mentioned need to be seriously investigated by "ASX" and "ASIC" and legal action should be sort out by shareholders.
