At present, the only owners of Artemis are:
*Gascorp (Albers);
*CUE (also Albers);
The potential owners will become:
*MEO 20%(still an Albers link but lesser than the others);
*CUE 15%(Albers)
*MOG 15%(Albers)
*Someone with lots of cash 50%;
If the deal falls over, CUE & Gascorp clean house but given the fact that Gascorp is private, it would still likely transfer it's stake to the [more] liquid MOG and the deal could progress without MEO.
All concerned would see SP's plunge in the ST but CUE/MOG would surely fly when it was announced they were now heading up the deal. MEO would rely on Tassie Shoal to bring it back on track for investors.
All completely speculative, no agendas here, just thinking out loud some more.
Personally, I like to think that Jurgen is able to close his end of the deal neatly and promptly but if other forces get in the way, Albers Inc has plenty, and I mean PLENTY to gain.
