Now it's a matter of the inso's keeping the foot on the throat so retailers don't take up their 24c stock.
To think - the number of specialist US based Biotech funds with cash on the sidelines...who would have jumped on in a heart beat...probs at a higher price!
BUT - strategically, one of the Board's main objectives in addition to shareholder return is "Defence".
I guess from a Defensive viewpoint, they have gone with 708 offering here in Oz...to avoid potential issues with an "enthusiastic" major holder wanting a fast deal.
