Everyone should be a little careful about what they say now the matter is before the courts.

One thing everyone should know about legal matters and defamation especially is that the costs can break a private person, and leave him or her with no avenue even if they are in the right, or think they are.

Also it is possible that a shareholder group could form to take losses suffered by ordinary investors to account. Things you say might influence your eligibility.

Finally everyone who posts on HC should remember HC can be involved and you could lose your voice. Rightly so.

But defamation only applies to a person or small group of persons (10 I think) - so you do not defame if you only speak to a Large Company, but avoid mentioning individuals or 'the board' or 'management'
