You have also failed to factor in price/ct. Example Jwaneng the biggest production currently around $200/ct Jubilee largest Russian mine $150/ct Argyle was around $20/ct
Lulo alluvials around $1800-$2000/ct, actual pipe values are likely to be a little smaller so say in the range of $1500-$1800, so if it produces 1/10th of volume of Jubilee it would be of similar value!
It doesn't need a single large pipe!
