Sorry if you take my occasional comments here as salty. I was very disappointed in the recent share price action, and pretty disappointed that many of the promoters here were either silent or were still amazingly positive despite what has happened to the SP, to the point that I started to question some of their intent. Let me just be very clear....I take full responsibility for all my decisions. But i don't think that precludes me from expressing my disappointment. The fact that i still occasionally come to this thread, especially when there are stock announcements, is that I remain interested in FYI, and I may well buy back in at some point. In fact I hope one day I can feel comfortable enough to buy back in. This morning I just thought that accumul8 comments regarding the announcement were a little enthusiastically over the top. I think my last comment here was when someone was promoting a 3rd party piece on FYI saying stage 3 would run concurrent with stage 2, which i didnt think was right. I thought a forum was maybe an Ok place to raise these concerns/suggestions. And I don't think it hurts to have the occasional doubting Thomas in forums, so I will probably hang around if that's Ok with you.
I'm not sure where you get your information from regarding MY investments,(be careful not to believe everything you read on HotCopper), but I didn't buy at the TOP - I was just very disappointed that I didn't take some profits when it was at or near the top. and equally grateful that i didn't load some more money into this at the top when everyone was seemingly suggesting the JV would bring about a SP north of a $1. it was a learning experience. For the record I bought at 45cents in early March 2021....and sold at 37 a few weeks ago because I had lost a little faith in FYI, and thought that it wasn't likely to rebound very quickly given the JV terms and timelines, and there was/is still some more downside risk in the SP especially given the first meaningful announcement after all the JV delays and JV announcement itself was... another delay. Time will tell whether i sold at the bottom or not. I wouldn't be surprised if I have, but equally I wouldn't be surprised if this drops a bit more. I think in some respects FYI SP has been lucky that the general market sentiment, especially coming from wall street has been so positive the last 2 weeks otherwise things might be worse then they are atm. However, the great thing about the stock market though is that there can be many winners on the day, and I am more than happy with where I re-invested, I just wish I had done it a month earlier !!
