I have been thinking about that resolution you mentioned regarding the additional placement facility, I'm inclined to vote against it as I'm not satisfied with the rationale based on the reasoning given in the AGM document. Stage 2 was supposed to be fully funded already and while it's nice to have the flexibility of additional funding options, I would prefer a more persuasive explanation for why it's needed at this point.
