Every year there is that one trade that you "regret" (as much as a trader is allowed to do so) not getting on
board. NVX takes the cake on that one for me this year. I had a trade fully planned in July (Entry & Stop
shown above) that would not have tested a stop, the original breakout was strong and I hesitated on my
entry, then I put in order for a retest of the neckline. It got close but not quite enough for a fill...
My frustration got the better of me and prevented me from entering at later opportunities.
Today's achievement of a 100% extension from the original break would have put this up at 20x initial risk
(though some profit would have been taken on the way).
I should have cut my position size, bit the bullet, and got on board. The man I learned to really trade from,
often said that the pain of missing that trade that really goes is worse than the calculated loss you may take by
entering despite having missed a slightly better entry. So true, especially when the difference turns out to be
negligible, but still gets me sometimes (fortunately less then it used to)...
The challenge of trading never ceases, even for a profitable trader...
Bottom line is, Fundamentals aside, well done to any traders who grabbed a decent chunk of this beautiful chart!
Back to being grateful for the ones I did catch.

Moral of the story.. don’t bother trading revolutionary companies who are at the forefront of their respective industries. I can respect those who trade stocks, however, my philosophy is for a long term hold minimum 5-10 years. It didn’t take a genius to spot the patented technology this company holds, the quality of their board of directors and now the companies they are working cohesively with. Never too late to enter this stock.. $100+ per share in the future
