These guys have been waiting for price rise long enough that we can formulate a term "posing" meaning "pretending to start production and doing CRs every now and then". If they waited till 2040, they will probably be the only mine in the world with any nickel left. They could salivate at the thought of making $100 per tonne. Why not?
