Dump PASS into the bay?
I wonder why they didn't think of that years ago
I'm sure Port Philip Bay could handle a few extra landfills as well
and some of those warehouses full of recyclable materials can get a guersey as well
May as well dump the PFAS there as well and get the Transurban Tunnel going again

Maybe SPARK should have talked to the Port of Melbourne authorities instead of NAG
