well i doubt any annoucement anytime soon, as far say they nothing why sp increased yesterday. I suspect it is either a jv partner buying in before they make a deal with far or something like that. I'd suggest price will make it way back down again to low 4's or high 3's before something happens with an annoucement. Time will tell tho. I can't imagine day traders starting this as there is many other stocks going up like prr every day to make money on.
