A Take Over is more likely than not IMO. A few here may be looking at this from the wrong POV. It is not whether we want a take over or what the LTR BOD wants to do. For the same reason why many here believe LTR is worth $15 a share in the future (and it probably is), and for the same reason most of us here identified the value of LTR and invested in it to begin with, BHP or RIO or whoever will want this company. I don't see how BHP, for example, can now turn away from it, particularly as fossil fuels are dying and they cannot rely on Iron Ore forever. LTR is also in their backyard. Their shareholders will also want to see BHP to be part of the lithium market. For me it is a no brainer, BHP or RIO will have no choice but to make a play if the DFS figures stack up. Those figures are what @anatol wants to see and for good reason. If they are as good as we think, it will compel BHP/RIO etc to make a play for us and if the price is high enough the LTR BOD will have no option but to put it to us. The big shareholders will be very tempted if the price is right. Remember many of the original directors are now on the MI6 ship for a reason. The LTR Constitution was recently tidied up and the price of lithium is going exponential with no sign of the price or demand relenting. There are also rumours in Perth. It is not a question of if a big player will make a play, but when IMO. The trading halt for the DFS is just one of many signs that big behind the scenes forces are at work. I expect the DFS to be spectacular and a take over offer to be made whether we like it or not. Not sure when, but sooner rather than later would not surprise me because the price is only going up and time is running out. I cannot impact the result of such a play for LTR even though I have many shares. If the price is right LTR will be taken over IMO, I have no emotion about it except to be grateful to TG and his board. It will be what it will be, but remember the very reason why many here want LTR to mine and refine, is the very reason BHP/RIO will want in. They cannot afford not to. LTR is world class and I strongly suspect the DFS is about to confirm that. If I am wrong then I am wrong, but either way I win as mining will be great also, just riskier. I do like the sound of $4 plus a share right now rather than waiting some time, and the way things are going, who knows, it could be more.
