Nice post, I have never looked to closely into these other metrics. One problem I have with your analysis though is that it would probably be more accurate to calculate the values over the year, not just a quarter. E.g. For FY21 they spent 4,369,000 on advertising and marketing to acquire 171 net new customers which would take the CAC down to about $26k. Not sure if these numbers are more reasonable but given Q1 is typically weaker it probably gives a better picture of the company.
