It was advised by IA earlier that the response to the White Paper would be prompt
I think that their will be quite a bit of anger out there with some of the locals.
You have to take into account the following:
Situation with Fisheries
Problems with the Abattoir
Cattle farming vs Mining
Jobs etc
Views from locals are very mixed from both sides of politics
So we have to see the Plan and also IA's plan now
