spot on. despite the merits (in our retail minds), I would actually feel uncomfortable if they did proceed down this path. A deal is a deal.
need to be careful what you wish for.
But I understand the frustration of retail, and the 'hope' for a better deal.
I've taken bet each way now. got my fill at 15% discount, and now have a free option, as 14 days is a very long time..... I remember a raise by Biota (I didn't hold) and the CR was a 5 bagger before it closed (94c from memory and a SP of $5+) despite being offered at a discount to VWAP.
No complaining on that one I am sure.
