No buy back or dividends needed. We need the cash to kickstart Rentails. If you're chasing dividends then plenty of companies out there doing both buy backs and dividends.
MLX should build up the cash just enough to go all out on debt and finance Rentails for growth. Fear not,debt will most likely come from one of APAC's subsidiaries so all win -win.
