say the hickory ann or uni one in sydney.. as an investor how do i know if thats a contract or not? is it legally binding on the other party? so i am encouraged to buy more INT knowing there is reasonalbe and fair amount of truth protection and safety and reasonable assumption i can make that those funds will actually be received etc.. to me thats the ONLY issue keeping alot of watchers out of the market atm.. address this mgmt and things will fly IMO.
