At the AGM, answering the sole question, CEO Mr Jose Palmero said in relation by combining the two head offices into one, the North Sydney Head Office that was closing was costing about A$600000 per annum.
When the staff move, there will be some extra costs so the net savings should be about A$300000 per annum.
