Re customer receipts...from memory, in some cases there is a significant lag between spending the money buying meters and then getting the meters for installation and subsequent billing...3 months or so...can't recall now were I saw it, thus not sure if it is right. If it is right, then some orders (of the $7m) were reliant on getting the initial part of the capital raising done, thus the jobs may not be invoiced or cash received during the quarter.
