They did 50% offtake from memory. It needs somewhere near 80-85%. Divestment of Scarborough may be not happening overnight with pending of bhp deal even if some Asian gas companies want to join the party now. This will complicate merger deal as it requires >50% votes of approval. A lot of guys are still sceptical of the merger, I guess. It would be better off to divest Scarborough after merger. It is not life or death for Wpl now with the divestment.
