Probably because they have road map to production that is completely funded, strategic partnerships to avoid market disruption and supply issues, world leading research groups and IP, a dedicated and highly connected Board of directors, all on top of a product that is positioned in an increasingly valuable and favorable market curently being incentivised by governments around the world.
I highly doubt an informed shareholder would be angry about you comment, just dumbfounded at your level of ignorance.
