In other words - MLX transferred their Cupric Holdings trust account to CYM and has a free hold exposure to Copper thru their options.
NICO is just an exploration arm of MLX making them a pureplay Tin producer in the southern hemisphere.
Similar stratergy to when they initially split MLX into base metals and precious metals arm when Peter Cook took over the directorship of Westgold and left the base metals arm i.e the MLX we know today to Warren Hallam.
