Yes so far this looks the case. If this is confirmed by Phase C rally mentioned below, this would signal that the trading range has ended and the uptrend phase beginning.
Should see a break of 4.1c, followed by a backing up action to previous resistance.
Will keep an eye on Point and figure target ranges, and wait for a counter reaction to the trend before reassessing.
Looking at 10c + for the upside target so far.
