I'm not sure what you meant by a Red Heart ringing the bell, but I think you will find Voltaire was ringing it loud and clear with resources in 08 and boy I thank him for an unbiased yet exceptionally experienced view at the time.

From this, and in charting for many over weekends here, my primary aims have been to instill some confidence, but promoting Risk and Reward along the way. Lock in the profits I say.
