    I wondered if this would be the case
    Oversubscribed
    All stock applied for to be issued

    I perhaps would have liked to have seen the company stick to their intention of only raising the $2mill from SPP and scaled it back . That usually means folk that wanted more stock would buy on market and drive price up
    I hope all stock getters hold firm with their allocation but some will no doubt flip it

    I can understand the companies rationale - money in the bank
