From what I can find out Scook was involved in the sale of something called the Cadetta ?? leases to MMX which then passed to CHM booking MMX a tidy profit.
I am trying to understand how a deal involving Barnes Grimaldi Scook and MMX reflects badly on CHM????
To me this shows that current MMX management who as in the Koh and Evans case were not there at the time might not know the full facts about how Barnes and Grimaldi got the funds together for MMX to acquire the assets.
Maybe its to bad that Scook knows Braysich and has been prepared to spill the beans on how Barnes and Grimaldi went about their business.
Pumpkin if you were in court what was the nature of the evidence given by Scook ?
