I too spotted this, and requested clarification
They will be rounded UP
"Thanks for reaching out. Fractional wntitlements will be rounded up to the next whole number of New Shares in accordance with section 11.9 of the Prospectus and the 'Proposed Issue of Securities' document. On Thursday, 18 November 2021 the Entitler *** Offer will open and you will receive a personalised Application Form which will detail your Entitlement for New Shares in whole numbers and the amount payable full acceptance of your Entitlement."
