with recent acquisitions, I think it’s best for codan to slowly integrate them into their existing business…consolidate, then use the surplus cash flows for more acquisitions…..alf has lead detmold for 14 years… if he is a very bad ceo I don’t think he will be able to stay at a job for 14 years…. However, detmold is not publicly listed so I don’t have any information on their past performances….
next two years will be critical and Alf will need to prove that he is capable in leading codan… donald had done an excellent job and hard to copy his success…. If codan was trading at $19 today I will probably sell for the uncertainties….. however at $10, I think a lot of risks are factored in ….
