what I am curious about is the sellers yesterday are removed from register and dont get entitlement and they are saying that having 4 new pension funds on the register and $75m in the bank for working capital, is a negative. Usually stocks do return to the CR price because there is usually an allocation to short term punters who will flip for 10% return. This time the punters get 1:41....smallest allocation i have ever seen.
There must be a reason these guys did this investment now and not after the option expiry. I bet there is news not too far off.
