The short answer is that Nippon Mining and Metals Co (NMM) are not directly implementing the Intec Copper Process via their existing sub-licence from Intec Copper Pty Ltd. We are, however, closely examining the flowsheet that NMM are intending to use, and are in discussions with our patent attorneys concerning this.
