And yup 1 option = 1 Head.

Options are very useful when you want to preserve capital but retain the same value.

For example if you had 100,000 Heads at the moment Your total value of shares would be $8,300

if you’re able to buy 100,000 IBXOA on the other hand at $.053 your investment would be $5,300 whilst the remaining $3000 can be paid in 2023 at the time of conversion.

You’d still hold 100,000 IBX just in the form of options, so anytime you feel that it’s a good time to sell , you simply pay $3000 and convert the ops to the heads.

the fact that this $3000 could be used for other investment till Bob and co works their magic is why IBXOA trade at a slight premium.

so basically, if I wanted to invest say 50k into IBX as I thought the SP would double in 12 months, it would make sense to buy the options, instead of forking out 50k up front.
