    Current shareprice to be supported by 5% on market buyback which commenced last week. Major shareholder Investors Mutual recently topped up to over 9%.

    Price to earnings ratio - about 10
    Dividend yield - above 6%
    Outlook:
    2005 = steady
    2006 = growth of 10%
    2007 = growth of 15%

    Assessment: Cheap as chips and one for the long term!
