I'd prefer not to have the SPP. They are incredibly costly to run and they never satisfy retail investors anyway.
Now, dilution. I'd rather be diluted a bit and get a shot to be the leader in an $83B+ market than not get diluted and remain stuck targeting a $2B Market.
I know which one ultimately will lead to the most money in my pocket.
