I do feel it's a bit premature (they have got $7mil in bank) and could have waited till post DDH4 results next month.... I wouldn't be surprised if Andy has been pressured here from the BEOT wanting more before NST push the door down.
Hopefully it's not too dilutive.... say $8-10mil at 45c. That should be ample to turn Crusader/Templar into Diamond hole Swiss cheese.
