Again, I heard it was done at the premium (yes, the first time ever). Small size only (~$1m) to get the strategic investor in. I suspect the premium will be offset by more favourable terms for the partner in the distribution agreement. Also as mentioned, I heard the agreement will add brick and mortar distribution capability to RLG offering.

Agree with some others' comments about the need to improve profit margin and improve reporting quality. However, from the business growth perspective, I think management has delivered strongly, particularly taking into account C-19 disruptions.

I think if not for (somewhat unwarranted) negativity around Au Sino relationship, despite the improvement areas above, share price could have been several times higher than what it is now. For growth companies like RLG, MC / Sales would be an commonly used ratio. And that ratio of RLG currently is just hilarious.
