Smart business. If we waited for the diamond results before raising cash, shareholder value would just be sold into and dwindle following the cap raise. Do the cap raise now while big investors have something to look forward to and we may have a small period of short term pain that will be offset by the company making results coming in December.
Andy/management haven't done too much wrong yet and I think he has nailed this too. We will be better off from it next year. Raising money needs to benefit both parties, not just the company that wants money.
