I wonder if the people behind MEO being shaken and stirred so regularly before the ann is the Insto's.
They, like us, are waiting for the announcement but cannot put large amounts of money into a speculative stock without a firm deal on the table.
Most of us are confident about this deal as, I am sure, are the instos but, unlike us, they cannot regularly buy the 'mum's and dad's' size packets (this doesn't explain how they feed the bots but maybe they have a separate fund for that). So, if the price runs too high and there is a positive announcement then the instos will be paying a premium. Of course they'll want the shares cheaper - hence the manipulation.
They set the emotions rolling amongst impatient/jittery holders with their bots, caps etc and the short term traders piggy back and even help the manipulation.
Whilst there is nothing wrong with this - if I am correct - then when a positive ann is posted then the rise should be be quite substantial with a sustained upward trend.
On the charts this is seen as waves and I think it has been said that the MEO charts are different - maybe this is because of the delay in the ann and tactics being used.
I hope so. Any thoughts on this?
