You are right -and I whinge pretty often also, adn for good reason -at least it was not a big issue, and the investor presso was a dead giveaway - i had been going to buy, but held off because of the presso but bought a few late Oct after the presso and the price drop.
I think a lot of the time it is not the company itself that leaks the CR news, but staff in Brokers and investment banks etc - likely someone in the know observes staff from capital hungry company doing the rounds, tells their broker and it gets out!
