When we rose above 40c a few sessions ago I thought the market had finally realised how oversold we are. This GEM? selling of a fairly thinly traded stock, combined with bruised/shell shocked holders is suppressing the share price. I picked some up at 36c yesterday unfortunately the order wasn’t fully filled - still in the queue, would not have dreamed of being able to do that a month or so ago.
A bit of a deja Vu when Regal were selling, it tends to put buyers off because they know it’s not going anywhere till the seller depletes his stock.At least when they run out of ammo it will be clear sailing.
Looking at the market caps of our peers (ATC $148m, A4N $468m) compared to our own $137m shows how oversold we are, yet we are the only company funded to production. Though there is room for more than 1 player, how are these companies going to compete against Alcoa with it’s vast resources, connections etc etc. Roly was smart enough to realise if Alcoa want to get into the HPA business, it’s better to be their partner than adversary.
The Demo plant will earn money, won’t take that long to build and will derisk the main plants. They say they’ll be done in tandem, I think the market is a bit skeptical of that, I’m not sure how that will work myself. Perhaps Roly needs to clarify how this will work.
