I had the same thoughts, so I've checked the recent trading policy from earlier this year and it says that personnel are not allowed to trade 2 weeks before to 24 hours after a report is released.

So if an insider wants to sell they have to do it between the day after the technical update and the end of business tomorrow (2 weeks before the AGM and associated presentations). If we can get an updating shareholding after Monday/Tuesday next week it would be an interesting, though not definitive, indicator.
