NYR might be caught up in the NOX firesale, given the common ancestry, so it probably is a good time to accumulate.
NYR also just had a non-final rejection on one of their neuro patents (TREATMENT OF EXCITOTOXICITY 16647091)
Just the first office action so nothing to worry about, but it's worth keeping an eye on.
I'm 90% here for cholesterol though, and IP is already solid on that.
