If I buy 1 million AXMR...how does the offer work?

Is it I get an offer to buy 9 x (1,000,000/2) = 9 X 500,000 = 4.5 million AXM @ 4c....so I would have to send them a cheque for $180K or part there of depending how many I want?

also...whats the deal on the option part of the offer attached?

also...as you get closer to when the offer is about to close...does the AXMR tend to get more expensive as people are still trying to get in on the deal?
