You are probably correct. That would be a stupid move. I still think they will make an election issue out of this to counter the initial rollout stupidity noise that comes there way during the campaign. Whether we here this side of Christmas I am not so sure. I would think an early ann next year though and a March election.
But I am getting sick of watching my shares take the hit, I wish they would hurry the **** up. Only advantage is that probably right now is a good time to buy.
