there is an interesting refi opportunity with cxo. finiss has been equity funded which is a little unusual and the question is when we get to production or even one year post production it would be dead easy to finance cheaply at you would think 60/70 percent (provided we can get lom out a bit further). equity is expensive so debt makes sense.
the question then is what would they do with the proceeds? nice treasure chest for an acquisition, exploration further development or ...
