Class Action ?

I sense a great deal of discontent in this forum and unfortunately a lot of people who have suffered a significant amount of financial loss, while Directors continue to draw multi-million dollar salaries and repeatedly award themselves performance rights.

It seems despite raising approaching a billion dollars in equity markets, prior to the last convertible note raise, the nett tangible asset value per share was only 12 cents.

Despite the destruction in tangible shareholder value, up to a billion dollars of value has been awarded to founders of Quadpay, Urge and other aquisitions and Directors have cashed in hundreds of millions of shares.

The directors are accountable to shareholders and this thread is simply for discussion of the viability and justification of a class action.

Its not really for discussion and name calling or debate as to the merits of the board but simply for a listing of events, actions or non- actions that may justify a class action.

At this point there is no allegation or certainty
a class action is justified or will succeed, but a balanced discussion could highlight the potential for shareholders to recover some losses.

A guideline to class actions is below.
