I don’t see a basis for a class action and I am not quite sure they can attribute or “prove” any director negligence as to the reasoning behind the SP collapse
unless the directors know something that should or could have been announced or failed to act on anything that we’re not aware of, then I doubt any class action will ensue and get up. I would also find it unlikely to gain the attraction of a litigation funder when there’s enough money being made in actual class actions over in crown, a2m etc
Appens share price collapsed but no class action.
I think any discussion for a class action at this stage would be completely baseless.
