Poorly managed is kind of appreciation here. Does the management even know what they are dealing with. Its real money. They are not building a castle on beach. Its a bloody mine. Who is responsible ?? Paying extra $2500 a Day is a mockery of SHs money. He should be stepping up to get the job done without even taking a dollar would have been the way to deal with the issue and a leader. But sadly they couldn't be even managers. Its not $2500 a DAY which is hurting they way the situation has been dealt is disgraceful. A Leader leads or steers the ship out of issues. He doesn't say well I need more pay to fix the problems which we have overlooked for our benefit. I could have drafted an email to ASX during this time. But I am sure the management would be spending their valuable time to read the posts here.
