Just reading the voting form and the amount of options being granted seems excessive.
Otto alraedy owns over 13% of the company AND gets paid for being chairman. Does he need a $1.4M bonus? Actually it's worth more than that since the valuation was done on 27th Sep when the SP was $1.33 so it's more like $2M.
Glen gets nearly $300k as CEO, does he need a multi-million dollar bonus?
These guys are stealing our company.
