There's one announcement that's gonna change it all.
"Star Vegas announces reopening"
at which point it begins its trek back to the MC it was before all this (250-500mn).
Many casinos in Cambodia have already reopened and are doing good.
Until then I can't imagine there being enough interest to push it much higher than it is.
What discount the market is gonna put on the stock until then is purely speculative.
